VBS stands for Vehicle Booking System. It is a mandatory, truck appointment system to be used by all hauliers wishing to collect and/or deliver containers at PD Ports Teesport.
In order to assist the users of the VBS we have created a number of tutorial guides that can be seen below.
VBS Information
Users of the VBS have the ability to bookmark units if they are unavailable for collection. They can also request an e-mail notification when the unit becomes available.

If your company hasn’t already registered for a VBS account please go to our Vehicle Booking System | Register and provide us with the following information:
- Company name
- Company phone number
- Name of VBS user
- Users email address

Please note however that if the issue is with a booking not being in place or a problem with unit releases then you should contact the shipper in the first instance.
