We’ve been working to grow and evolve our culture by introducing new ways to keep communication open and ensuring concerns and suggestions are listened to and acted upon. Safety Champions were introduced across our sites to support an excellent health and safety culture that keeps our working environment as safe as possible.
This initiative involves teams from across the business working together to keep their respective areas safe, and share ideas for improvement. For us, involving our team in health and safety is crucial, and it’s an integral part of our ongoing improvement across the business.
