A vacancy has arisen for a full-time Site Admin, Inbound and Stock Team Leader at PD Ports within the Steel department at Groveport.

Location: Groveport.

Working Arrangements: 37.5 hours per week.

The main things our Site Admin, Inbound and Stock Team Leader will be working on are:

  •  Supporting and leading the team to ensure all operational and administrative processes are completed accurately, efficiently and in accordance with Company procedures whilst adhering to the terms and requirements of customer contracts, effectively delegating tasks to ensure operational requirements are met.
  • Monitoring team performance, non-conformances and key performance indicators (KPIs), taking corrective action where required alongside communicating team goals, objectives, and deadlines to team members.
  • Acting as the central point of contact for all administrative processes including; inbound stock administration, weighbridge operations for both steel and bulk materials, inbound and outbound order processing, cycle counting activities and stock control and inventory management across the site.
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance performance, accuracy and service levels while providing excellent customer service whilst ensuring compliance with Health & Safety and Company policies.

We are seeking someone who:

  • Works independently, making informed decisions whilst maintaining effective communication with management and colleagues with the ability to prioritise workloads and manage multiple tasks.
  • Possesses strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy alongside excellent organisational and planning abilities.
  • Demonstrates strong leadership and people management skills with effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Is proficient in stock control and warehouse administration processes.
