A vacancy has arisen for a compliance administrator to provide support to the compliance coordinator within the Unitised Department at Teesport.

Working Arrangements: 35 hours per week (Monday – Friday 09:00-17:00)

The five main things our compliance administrator will be working on are:
• Contributing to the execution of the terminals improvement program to ensure full compliance.
• Updating and reviewing and assigning tasks and actions through safety observations.
• Monitoring, updating, and reviewing HSE observations that are submitted by employees.
• Accurate administration of the Company’s Health & Safety reports.
• Monitoring, reviewing, and updating risk assessments and Safe Systems of Work (SSoW).

We are seeking someone who:
• Has a good knowledge of the Microsoft Word and Excel packages.
• Has excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Has a professional attitude.
• Has the ability to use own initiative.
• Has experience of working within a busy and fast changing environment.
• Has successfully completed their NEBOSH general certificate or willing to work towards obtaining the
qualification.
• Has previous administrative duties, this is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
