WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR
A vacancy has arisen within PD Port Services based Billingham & Hartlepool Logistics for a Warehouse Supervisor.
The overall purpose of the role is to lead a team of administrators to support the Billingham & Hartlepool Logistics’ operations team to deliver a first class service to our customers and consumers. The main duties are to Support a team of operatives to complete all of the required tasks, and to support the Operations team to deliver the contracted logistics service to our customers.
The successful candidate will be able to communicate effectively at all levels, be competent in prioritising tasks/activities and able to resolve day to day operational issues efficiently in order to drive performance and productivity upwards. In addition, the successful candidate with be competent in IT skills including word and excel, and have good problem solving skills. Candidates must be capable of demonstrating the ability to work within a team to ensure consistency and deadline are met, as well as be practical, participative and flexible.
