Learning & Development roles available:

Team Lead – Operational Excellence
Reporting to the L&D Manager; implement a Training Operating Model and Operational Excellence
curriculum to transform technical training. Work as a trusted partner with various stakeholders to
build and execute the learning programmes that support them and develop and deploy our technical
and operational training Instructors to driving consistency and best practice across our training
delivery.
• Salary expectations: £36k – £46k depending on experience
• Monday to Friday, 35 hours a week
• Based at Teesport with UK travel, opportunity for hybrid working
• Company Car or car allowance
• Pension contributions matched to 6%

Health, Safety & Environmental Instructor
Reporting to the L&D Manager; implement a Health, Safety and Environmental curriculum as part of our training transformation. Work as a trusted partner to understand, design and execute learning programmes that support our safety culture.
• Salary expectations: £36k – £46k depending on experience
• Monday to Friday, 35 hours a week
• Pension contributions matched to 6%
• Based at Teesport with UK travel, opportunity for hybrid working

Learning & Talent Development Assistant
Reporting to the Learning and Talent Development Business Partner (L&TD BP); support the implementation of our people development strategies. This is an entry level development role for those wanting career in Learning and Development and will be supported to achieve Level 3 CIPD Learning and Development Practitioner qualification.
• Salary expectations: £24k starting salary, rising to £28k on completion of qualification
• Monday to Friday, 35 hours a week
• Based at Teesport, opportunity for hybrid working
• Pension contributions matched to 6%

Learning & Development Coordinator
Reporting to the Learning and Talent Development Business Partner (L&TD BP); responsible for coordination of training and development activities across the function. Work closely with the L&D Team to establish processes and ways of working. Implement a structured and consistent way of requesting, managing, and recording training and development across the PD Ports Group.
• Salary expectations: £22k
• Monday to Friday, 35 hours
• Pension contributions matched to 6%
• Based at Teesport, opportunity for hybrid working

Logistics Instructors
Reporting to the L&D Team Lead for Operational Excellence; assist with the development and delivery of a logistics curriculum that grows the skills and capabilities we need to deliver our Logistics and Warehousing Operations. Training delivery will include counterbalance, flexi, reach stacker, scissor lift, harness, and 5th wheel shunt unit.
• Salary expectations: £28k – £35k depending on experience
• Monday to Friday, 35 hours a week
• Pension contributions matched to 6%
• Roles are required to support Teesport and Billingham or our Logistics South operations out of Groveport. Whilst you will have a primary location, you may be required to travel to support in other areas as part of an instructor team.

Operational Excellence Instructors
Reporting to the L&D Team Lead for Operational Excellence; assist in the development and delivery of Operational and Technical curriculums that support our Port Operations. Instructors will be split to have a primary skillset in either Cranes or Operational Plant and Equipment; however, will work towards a multi skill model and support development in all areas.
• Salary expectations: £36k – £40k depending on experience
• Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week
• Pension contributions matched to 6%
• We will require a team of Instructors to be based at Teesport and a smaller team of Instructors at Groveport as their primary locations, you may be required to travel in order to support other areas as part of an instructor team
