The purpose of the Contract Manager role is to manage operational running of a highly valued logistics contract. The Contract Manager role will have the responsibility of safety, people, service, quality, and cost of the Warehouse C site. They will also be required to ensure consistency and stability with high quality performance of the overall operation. The Contract Manager will report to the Operations Manager – Tees Warehousing.
Location: Warehouse C, Tees Dock, Middlesbrough, TS6 6UD
Working Arrangements: Monday-Friday – 35 hours per week

- Management of operational health and safety
- Management of customer service levels
- Responsibility of overall site operations and personnel
- Continuous improvement of quality and standards
We are seeking someone with:
- Fast-paced operational management experience within manufacturing logistics
- Strong people management skills
- A high drive for continuous improvement and change management
- An ability to analyse and present data to drive performance and efficiencies
- Commercial awareness and experience in cost control
- Strong customer service skills
