In order to assist the users of the VBS we have created a number of tutorial videos that can be seen below. We also have a mobile app available for download on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. For detailed instructions on both the iOS and Android version please see the documents section below.

Unit Bookmarks
Users of the VBS now have the ability to bookmark units if they are unavailable for collection. The feature will also send the users an e-mail when the unit becomes available.
For instructions on how to use the bookmark functionality, please see our files section below. Please note that this feature is not available to Find my Unit users.

Please note however that if the issue is with a booking not being in place or a problem with unit releases then you should contact the shipper in the first instance.
